GRAND PRAIRIE, Alberta, Feb. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Select Energy Services, LLC (SES) a U.S.-headquartered provider of engineered water solutions to the oil and gas industry, today announced its acquisition of the remaining interests in WTR Transfer Services Ltd. (WTR). The entity establishes an immediate presence for Select Energy Services in the rapidly growing, unconventional drilling markets inCanada.

WTR performs water transfer services for the shale drilling industry in Western Canada, specializing in high volume water transfer through a "no leak" water transfer system.
